Description

Ponce de León Young Manchego, Aged 3 Months, 6 oz (170 g)

Manchego is the most famous cheese of Spain, made from the milk of Manchega sheep. Young Manchego is aged for about three months, so it stays mild, buttery and smooth, with a gentle nuttiness. It is easier to love than aged Manchego and very easy to pair.

Cut it into triangles, remove the rind and serve with jamón ibérico, quince paste and almonds for a classic tapas plate. A drizzle of honey and a glass of red wine work just as well.
