Angel's Black Truffle Salami

Black truffle and cured pork are made for each other. Angel's Salumi & Truffles uses 100% Berkshire pork, a heritage breed with rich, marbled meat, and seasons it with black truffle for a deep, savory flavor that lingers.

It is the salami to put at the center of an Italian aperitivo: thin slices, a few cubes of pecorino, olives and a glass of prosecco. On toast with ricotta and honey, it makes a quick sweet-and-salty bite.
