Choosing a caviar catering package
Why a tasting flight of several caviars?
Caviars differ more than most guests expect: Kaluga Fusion is buttery with large pearls, Osetra is nutty, Siberian Sturgeon is clean and bright, Beluga Fusion is creamy and delicate. A flight of four or five caviars, about 100 grams each, lets your guests taste those differences side by side — and it turns the caviar into the conversation of the evening.
How many guests does each package serve?
We plan a full ounce — 28 to 30 grams — of caviar per guest. A 4-caviar flight (≈400 g) serves 10–14 guests, a 5-caviar flight (≈500 g) serves 15–17, and the holiday party packages are built for 25 and 50 guests. For more guests we scale the package or quote per guest.
What is included in the holiday party packages?
Caviar for every guest, hostesses serving caviar bumps and blinis on mother-of-pearl spoons, a delicacy table with smoked salmon, jamón and cheeses from our boutique, and set-up and clean-up. The 50-guest package adds an ice caviar bar on a carved ice block, which is made to order — book it at least 7 days ahead.
